MISSION STATEMENT

The Cooke Team will approach each real estate transaction with the highest level of professionalism, integrity, diligence and good humor while treating each person with the utmost respect and handling every transaction as though it was our own personally—for the benefit of our clients and all involved parties.

Actively buying real estate for about 5-1/2 years, Robin has been licensed for 3-1/2 of those years. She and her husband started purchasing residental investment properties in 2003 while she was working as the CFO for a mid-size mobile diagnostics company in Southfield.  Robin resigned from that company during a buy-out to focus exclusively on real estate. Currently, the Cookes own 8 investment properties in Westland which they personally manage and have developed a wide network of excellent partners which Robin's real estate clients find invaluable.

As the top-selling agent in her office, Robin works for Century 21 Hartford in Farmington because of its location (strategic to business expansion and for listing visibility) and because of the office's excellent full-time support staff . Robin has been with Century 21 Hartford for 2 years and was previously a top producer for Help-U-Sell in Canton.  Approximately 70% of her business comes from Internet contacts, 30% from referrals.

Robin has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a Business Education teaching certification for high school & adults (needs to be updated) both from Northern Michigan University (Marquette, MI) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Madonna University (Livonia, MI).  She has two children. Her daughter Jessica is a freshman at EMU and her son Johnny attends West Middle School. Robin and her husband John, their children and two Golden Retrieiver dogs live in Canton where they have resided for the past 16 years.

Robin enjoys reading, traveling to warm places and being a hockey mom.
