Robin Kay Cooke, Associate Broker

Involved in real estate for about 8 years, Robin has been licensed for 7 of those years. She and her husband started purchasing investment properties in 2003 while she was working as the Chief Financial Officer for a mid-size mobile diagnostics company in Southfield. Robin resigned her CFO position during a company buy-out to focus exclusively on real estate. Currently, Robin and her husband own 9 investment properties in Westland which they personally manage and have developed a keen knowledge of issues relating to buying and maintaining residential homes as well as a wide network of excellent partners (mortgage, inspectors, contractors, etc) which her real estate clients find invaluable.

As the top-selling agent for 2008 and 2009 at her past brokerage, Robin joined Keller Williams Plymouth-Canton Market Center in 2010 because its location is strategic to business expansion and listing visibility, complement of top-selling agents in the region and because of the office's excellent full-time support staff. Approximately 50% of her growing business comes from Internet contacts, 40% from referrals and 10% from other sources.

Robin has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, a Business Education teaching certification for high school & adults both from Northern Michigan University (Marquette, MI) and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Madonna University (Livonia, MI). She has two children. Her daughter Jessica is in the Nursing program at EMU and her son Johnny attends Plymouth High School. Robin and her husband John, their children, and two Golden Retrieiver dogs, Buster and Trixie, live in Canton where they have resided for the past 18 years. Robin enjoys reading, gardening, traveling to warm places and is a hockey mom.

Eddie Matteson, Buyer's Agent

Eddie Matteson is a full-time, full service Realtor who has been assisting homeowners to buy ,sell, and lease real estate across Oakland, Macomb, Livington, Wayne and Washtenaw counties for over thirteen years and is a member of the Greater Metropolitan Association of Realtors, the Michigan Board of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Eddie is a member of he First Presbyterian Church of Farmington and lives in Farmington Hills with his wife and two children. He enjoys being a father and participating in his boys' little league endeavors.

Sonya Howard, Administrative Assistant

Sonya provides daily administrative tasks such as maintaining The Cooke Team client database, making sure buyers are receiving the most current and relevant properties available, and coordinating with our sellers so that they're comfortable with the marketing of their home and providing their showing feedback.

Sonya, along with her husband and two daughters have been involved in ministry over the past 15 yearsso she understands the stress involved in purchasing and selling your home because pastoral work sometimes requires frequent moving. Sonya also enjoys vegetarian cooking, hiking, and reading.

John Cooke, Showing Agent

John is the President of In-House Diagnostics in Southfield, a division of Mobilex USA, America's leading provider of mobile x-ray and ultrasound services to nursing homes, assisted living facilities, prisons and home healthcare providers. John periodically assists as a showing agent for The Cooke Team and is a partner in JRC Initiatives, LLC, the management company for the Cooke's rental properties.
